Anggia Pranandita holds the position of Community Engagement Programme Support Officer for the Cayman Islands Red Cross (CIRC), where she supports the daily operations and community initiatives connected to the Community Referral Centre & Thrift Shop — one of the organisation’s key social enterprises.
Originally from Indonesia, Anggia brings over 17 years of professional experience in banking and financial management. She previously served as Head of Treasury at the Cayman Islands branch of Indonesia’s largest state-owned bank. Her extensive background in financial management, leadership, and strategic operations has equipped her with strong analytical and organisational skills, which she now applies in the humanitarian and community development sector.
Since 2020, Anggia has been actively involved in the non-profit sector in the Cayman Islands, supporting programmes that empower youth and women. Her transition from corporate finance to community service reflects her deep commitment to using her skills and experience to make a more direct and meaningful contribution to society.
In her current role at the Cayman Islands Red Cross, Anggia works closely with the volunteers, donors, and community partners to ensure the Community Referral Centre & Thrift Shop continues to serve as both a resource for those in need, a platform for community engagement, and one of the key contributors that generates vital funds for Red Cross humanitarian programmes. She assists in coordinating daily operations, community outreach, and engagement activities that strengthen the connection between the CIRC and the wider public.
Driven by compassion and a commitment to service, Anggia finds purpose in initiatives that build stronger, more resilient communities — a vision that reflects the Red Cross Fundamental Principles of humanity, neutrality, voluntary service, and more.
