Victoria Kohler

Programme Support Officer

Victoria Kohler serves as the Programme Support Officer at the Cayman Islands Red Cross, providing essential administrative and operational support across the organisation. She works closely with the Volunteer & Resources Manager to assist with volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement, while also supporting financial processes, audits, and the smooth coordination of CIRC programmes and events.

Victoria first joined the Red Cross as a volunteer in 2022, later completing a six-month internship before officially joining the staff team in July 2023. What began as a few hours of volunteering each week quickly evolved into a full-time role, a reflection of her dedication, enthusiasm, and belief in the Red Cross mission.

A graduate of Dalhousie University, Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in International Development Studies. In her current role, she coordinates monthly volunteer orientations, quarterly Ideals in Action trainings, and biannual membership trainings, ensuring that volunteers feel supported, informed, and valued.

Victoria’s genuine passion for people and her approachable nature make her an integral part of the CIRC team. Her commitment to service and her positive, hands-on approach embody the spirit and values of the Cayman Islands Red Cross.
